The logo is inspired by the  nose soy bean 
which is the most beneficial part of soy bean

Fermented soy bean is a seasoning in northern Thailand which is used like fish sauce, sugar
and shrimp paste. However fermented soy bean is not well-known enough
so it is value added  and promoted
